The palate is nothing like the nose, and quite an enjoyable surprise. Pops of peppercorn nip the sides of the mouth, with decadent notes that remind me of their amburana finish – sweet éclair, custard, chicory, chocolate malt, brown sugar,  a slightly perfumed cherry pie filling.

The finish continues with pastry shop notes, oat milk vanilla cappuccino, and light oak.
